Statistics The page Statistics can be found under My Domaza → My Properties. There can be found full reports of all requests, quiries and views of the ads on your site. You can easily choose which report to view by entering Start or End date, or time intervals in the fields at the top of the tab. If you place the cursor on one of the fields, a calendar automatically shows up, from which you can choose the dates you need. Click on the Search button to see all reports from the date or time interval you have entered. The table in the Statistics tab has the following fields: •    # - number of the property. If you click directly on the number, you can edit the ad.  Clicking on the sign #, you will sort all ads by ID. Ads waiting approval The page Ads waiting approval can be found under My Domaza → My Properties. There all ads are stored in a tabular form, awaiting approval from the administrator of Domaza. If you add contains unauthorized content of any kind (information, photos, media or else), it won’t be approved by the administrator. Also, there is a small period of time you need to wait for approval. The table in the Ads waiting approval tab has the following fields: •    # - number of the property. Drafts The page Drafts can be found under My Domaza → My properties. Once you opn it, you see a table with Drafts you have created, but haven’t finished. You can sort or organize all drafts in the table. Every user, who has begun filling-in an ad, but haven’t asved it, can find in in Drafts. Domaza automatically stores all ads on given intervals.  The table in the Drafts tab has the following fields: •    # - number of the property. Promoting ads To advertise your property in Domaza, click on the hyperlink Promote from the table in My properties or in Domaza Properties. You can choose between Silver, Gold and Platinium advertising plan. The Platinium package gives you most benefits, whereas Silver gives you the least. Properties promoted by the Platinium plan have three stars, those with Gold plan have two and the Silver gives you only one star. The more stars an ad has, the higher it will appear on the Domaza home page. Once you click on Promote, a tab appears and it has a table with five columns. From the first you choose the Site, on which you would like your ads to appear. From the second column with the titl Plan, you can choose the type of advertising plan – Platinium, Gold or Silver. Domaza Properties Domaza Database is a specialized database, where are saved all ads approved from the Domaza team, added by users with a Pro account. Companies or individuals wishing to purchase the Pro package have to be approved by the Domaza team and to have a signed partnership with Domaza. Every user with an Advanced or Pro package can use the properties from Domaza Database. If you have a Pro account and want your ads to be part of the Database, contact our team for approval. Once your ads are in the Domaza Database, all companies with Advanced or Pro account would be able to offer your properties to their clients.  If a firm has a client for your peoperty from the Domaza Database, you can sign a partnership with it, in order to clarify the details and conditions of your collaboration. My Properties Every registered user in Domaza can organize and configure their ads. This is done in ‘My Domaza’ from the ‘My properties’ menu and submenu. On the ‘My properties’ page, there is a table with the ads you have already saved. From this table you can easily sort all ads or change their individual Status. An ad can be Active or on Pause. Registered users who have the free package can enter up to 10 ads in their profile. Users with Advanced or Pro package can save unlimited number of ads. Adding properties Every registered user in Domaza can add properties in his/her account, either for sale or to rent. This is done in ‘My Domaza’ from the ‘My properties’ menu using the submenu ‘Add new property’, located in the upper right part of the ‘My properties’ page. After you click on the ‘Add new property’ button, opens a page containing the following tabs: 1.    General Settings – a section, including information about the location, type of deal and property type, price, the area in square meters and more.
